This hotel is ALWAYS clean, and staff ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I stay at this particular hotel at least 3 times a year. It is on a direct road that exits onto Disney Property also. Free parking is one of the valuable perks that are hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend it, but on second thought, maybe I should keep it my little secret 😉

Good breakfast variety for our 5 day stay. Friendly courteous staff! Golden Corral across parking lot a big plus. We ate there twice. Excellent location for us to get to Disney parks by either Lynx bus OR rent car for last 2 days of our trip. The CVS nearby and Publix grocery store across 192 gave us plentiful options.

Location to all Disney parks was extremely close. 7-8min, no traffic. Next to I4. Also, location is surrounded by restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, gas stations, pretty much all you will ever need. We were very happy with the location.
